yes, anyone is prone to yeast. You can pass it along through sexual activity as well, but it is not an STD. Yeast can accumulate in the throat and the digestive system so if you think you have one you should get it diagnosed by a physician so you can be treated properly.
If you have been on antibiotics recently they sometimes cause yeast infections.

Yes, it is. Yeast infections can be transmitted during sex just like any STD even though they are not considered STD's. Like passing a cold to someone else, they can be passed through sex.
