and don't receive any. I applied through FCCJ fl and I was denied any finacial aid due to them adding housing pay. I went to a budget counseler on my own and they said there is no way I can afford to pay for colledge now. I am married with 3 kids hubby is an E-6 thanks any advice will be great

yes, the base housing you live in has a value and it is included in the FAFSA determinations. Same as a preacher's home would be. Just because you don't pay taxes on it doesn't mean it's not there. ☺

The FAFSA isn't about what your personal budget will allow, it's about your income as compared to everyone else in college. I can tell you with certainty (having been there) that your income as an E6 career family is not as low as you sometimes think it is. If you doubt this then do a Google for "average family income YourCounty" and see what you notice there. His total pay alone exceeds the average family pay in most of the country.

So, what you need to do is either find some more money or knock some costs out of your budget. Florida community colleges are cheap in comparison to most other states (except maybe California) so it can be done. As a military family, you get in-state tuition everywhere.

The other question to ask, if you can't afford college now, when do you suppose you will be able to afford college? Things probably won't get financially better unless you find a way to afford college. It can be done - I know it can be done because my wife and I both attend grad school full time and are getting no "free college money" to pay for it with. You just have to pull in the belt and do it.
