use a really sensitive shaving gel and a sensitive razor and shave as lightly as possible. Make sure you moisturise or apply your treatment asap after.
if even this still hurts anohter way to do it is in the bath. use some sort of bath treatment or bath foal that doesn't irritate the psoriasos and then you wont need to use any gel etc as your legs will be sleek enough with the water and foam residue.
I wouldn't reccoment waxing or hair remover but an epilator may work depending on the severity of the psoriasos

This is a huge struggle. My mother has this problem since I was little. She uses "Nair" for sensitive skin and uses Aloe Vera afterward to help with the burning sensation. It is almost impossible to use a razor without scarring. Using lotions on a daily basis helps the flaking issue. Cortizone creams can help with the itching. Good Luck!

If the flair-up is very bad you may find hair doesn't grow through the affected skin. You should follow your doctors advice on it. Otherwise I use Nivea for sensitive foam and bic for sensitive throwaway razors. It works for me but I'm not very hairy.

I use an electric razor. It is the only thing I can use that does not hurt my skin. I get hives all the time.

a razor would be the only alternative if you have psoriasis, you certainly would not ever use a cream hair remover
