Lets say i join the Marines and become a Lt. If i don't like the Marines after my term can i switch to the Navy and still retain my grade as an officer? Also Army to Navy? I know the Navy and Marines go through the same NROTC program at State colleges so i would think you can.

not necessarily. needs of the military take precedence. First your current Branch would have to agree to let you go, and the one you want to join would have to agree to take you. Keeping Rank is NOT a guarantee either.
