Gods aren't so much made as they are based off of other gods. I think it would be hard to pinpoint when exactly they appeared, also, with mythology, there are often different stories appearing at different times. Try looking up Ancient Greece and Classical Greece and see what you can find. Also, Joseph Campbell was a well known mythologist. You can probably find some of his writings on the internet and hopefully some info on when the Greek gods first appeared. Also, try "Origins of the Greek Gods" or "Origins of Greek Mythology" as your search terms. Usually, all you need for a successful search is the proper search terms.

First of all Chaos came into being.
From Chaos came Gaia, Eros Tartoros and Erebos.
Gaia(earth) then gave birth to Uranos and Pontos.
(It goes on untill there are many Gods)
Edit:
The dates well I know they were well established before 700BC. I may come back to this later.
And Lillith below me has made a very valid point about the developement of more Gods over time, opposed to a sudden beginning of the religion. Some people would even suggest that the Greek religions had Egyption inspiration. The Nun became Chaos, etc. That would place their true origins even further back.

They weren't "made"
They aren't things like the telescope is a thing
The myths of Greek gods originated during the reign of the Ancient Greeks.
Why don't you look up the active period of rule for Ancient Greeks, rather than when their gods were "made"?

They weren't made, but they were real alright ..... just their real name should be Nephilim. They and their offspring were rogue angels that descended to Earth in Noahs time and performed "miracles" setting themselves up as "Gods and Goddesses". It is my belief that after the Flood they went into hiding, unwilling to directly draw God's wrath again, but that they have been seen over the years and have surreptitiously played a great part in keeping the "old religions" and mysticism alive. I also believe that they will reemerge visibly in the last days, and it is very possible that people such as Criss Angel (look at the name!) are the reemerging Nephilim.

They weren't made. They were fake and made up people that the Greeks worshiped.
