My homemade Baileys chillled heres the recipe if anyone is interested and enjoy.

Prep Time: Less than 15 min

Ingredients

1 Mixing Jug
Instant Coffee
Boiling Water
Whisky
Condensed Milk
Vanilla Essence

Easy and really potent, just what you need to keep the winter nights at bay.

Put a table spoon of instant coffee in to the mixing jug and add 1/2 pint of boiling water.

Add a full tin of condensed milk (294g) and stir until the milk has dispersed into the coffee.

Add 1/2 pint of whisky and continue to stir for 30 seconds, then add 2 drops of vanillas essence.

If you want it cold, pop the mixture into fridge for an hour or even better, drink whist warm

Slush.

6 cups strong tea
1 can frozen lemonade
1 can frozen orange juice
1 cup sugar
1 cup whiskey

Mix well, put in freezer. When in a semi-frozen state, scoop some out with an ice cream scoop (several scoops in a tall glass) and add lemon lime soda or gingerale, give it a stir and enjoy.

That or a nice semi-dry red wine to sit on the back porch and watch the lightning bugs at night.

Sangria all the way. Nothing screams summer like sangria. For non-alcoholic drinks, try making some basil lemonade or just serving pitchers of iced water with sliced cucumbers.

A great cold drink is a Folooda made with rose ice cream. It is refreshing and cold. If not that, a good old fashion Ice Tea with a splash of rose water. You will be pleasantly surprised how good this is. Enjoy for yourself, you have nothing to loose.

oh, summer a great time for drinking, there are so many but the first thing I think of is Mai tais by the pool. But there so strong, so you can't go past the classic "Tom Collins", I can still remember the first time I met him.
