Yes, you may have worms or maybe it's just your anal glands need to be expressed. Either way I would contact the vet ASAP.

Come on now...fess up: You know you drag your butt across the carpet wherever there's carpet: the doctor's office, the dentist's office, etc. Don't feel bad. That's what people expect from a chimp. Perfectly acceptable to express your anal glands at an elegant dinner party.
