Well unfortunately, you can't change your eye colour without wearing coloured contact lenses.. If you want brighter eyes, i suggest using eye drops specifically for this purpose. Most shops, including large supermarkets, sell them. Alternatively, invest in some 'healthy eye' supplements that you can take every day to hopefully inprove the brightness of your eyes. You're stuck with the colour you were born with, as are we all unless we use coloured lenses, so you'll just have to live with this and get used to it.
