well there is this boy i really like him and know he likes me and all my life i have been shy so what should i do.right now i only talk to him as friend and we flirt with each other.but i don't want to just tell him i like im and get my feelings hurt.cause he might like me as much as i like him.can someone give me some advice

If you are not willing to take the risk and tell him you are interested then you will always wonder. It is possible to say it with out putting your heart out there. Remember there is no rush but if it is not moving it might die. I wonder why he is not moving forward by asking you out?

You don't have to come out and say it, but you can hint at it. Tell him you really like spending time with him. A good reaction would be "Really? I like spending time with you too!" an okay reaction would be "Really?" and a bad one would be "Oh." Although you can guess by this, it's not really the best way to gauge it. The best thing you could do is tell him, but it's okay to be a little nervous that is completely understandable, so start out with what I said earlier, and hopefully the conversation will just flow and then if you feel comfortable you can tell him.

This is like asking how to go swimming without getting wet. You put on your big girl panties, and step up and find out how he feels about you. The worst that could happen is that he will say he doesn't like you in that way. In this case you are no worse off than you are now wondering if he is magically picking up on your telepathic messages. He may surprise you and like you too. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

There is no guarantee in love. All relationships need work (from both partners). The only way you can find out is to put yourself out there. Proceed with caution.

just ask a friend to ask him out for you. thats what i did.
