I live in canada, and dont really want to drive to the states and it is not offered online... does anyone know if any stores in canada, specifically ontario around toronto carry david's bridal stuff??

Unfortunately driving into the states is your only option. You could buy something off of a website, like ebay or www.sellyourweddingdress.com, but the chance of those sites having the exact dress you want in your size is slim. In order to really get what you want and have it fit perfectly, I would suggest going to retailer. If you don't mind what the tag says, then you could always take a picture of the dress you want to a seamstress who can custom make it for you - it will definitely be everything you ever wanted!!

When I was looking for a wedding dress I found one that I loved online at http://www.davincibridal.com/catalog.php?cat=22 later I found out that there was a dress very close to this at David's Bridal. The nice thing about Davinci Bridal is that they are a brand not a chain so I found their dresses in mulitple bridal stores. Their website claims they have some stores in Canada so it would be worth a try. The dress I bought was very reasonably priced and I was very happy with it.

Print a copy of the dress, go to a bridal shop near you and try on a similar dress. Most wedding gowns look like another gown somewhere. You can't pick a gown from a picture, just because it looks good on a model doesn't mean that a real person can wear it.

Unfortunatly if there isn't a Davids Bridal store near you, you probably will not find there dresses at other retailers. You may however find the dress you want or something similar to it either online or at a consignment store.
Another option is take the picture to a dress shop near you and see if they have something similar or if they can either make your dress or order it.
I am sure you can find a shop or seamstress that can make or find you what you want.

I'm not sure about that but if you really like it you could go to a davids bridal in Canada and show them the dress that you like and ask if they could have the other place ship it there for you. It may cost you a little bit for the inconvience or they could do just do it, either way its worth a try asking

David's Bridal is a chain and not a designer. They do not sell their items to outside vendors. If you really love the dress, I say make a trip.

the davids bridal website didn't tell you if they have retailers in canada? that would be the first place i would look.

you can try and find an online retailer and order it off of the internet. any bridal shop would be able to measure you so you can order the correct size...
