this could be muscle spasms or poor circulation. I recommend you take a hot bath every night with 2c. of Epsom salts and afterwards massage an analgesic cream into your feet and ankles. This should help relax the muscles and increase the circulation.

Take 500mg of calcium and magnesium before bedtime. This will help reduce the pain.

i get these in my feet they are just cramps in your feet i think that its because of not enough potassium its no big deal
