Neither were all that tall by heavyweight standards, but Frazier perhaps outweighed Marciano by 20-25 Ibs. Both were incredibly fit, and threw lots of puches. Frazier did have a very fine left hook, but for me, was over-reliant on it, particularly when going to the body. He was able to pick off punches and kept his cool in the ring well.

But he was very vulnerable to a right hook, as he showed when George Foreman beat him easily by knockout. Marciano is one guy who had a cruel right hook, and also the Suzy Q overhand right. With this in mind, I pick Rocky to triumph by KO a nine-round war. His crouching style and strength would have allowed him to get inside on Frazier; and between body shots and his right, I think he would have been able to avoid left hoooks long enough to wear Frazier down for the overhand right.

I'd bet on Joe. Sure, Rocky's stronger and more powerful, but Frazier's quicker and has a pretty good defense with his incessant bobbing and weaving, which makes him a difficult target for the slower Marciano. Besides, Rocky is too onion-skinned literally that he'll surely get cut in the early rounds, and Joe knows how to take advantage of that. I'd say the fight will get stopped by round 8 on account of cuts on Marciano's face. Frazier by TKO.

I love Joe Frazier, but Marciano would take him out in about 9 rounds.

The no quit twins. As much as I like Joe, I think Marciano knocks him out in round 11. I don't think a straight ahead fighter like Frazier could take any more than that.

I think this would be a very good fight. They are close to the same size and height.
The difference is Joe had a big left hook and Rocky could hit with both hands.
Neither will back down so we have a slug fest in the middle of the ring.

I am picking Rocky in a close decision.

Joe Frazier would KO Rocky in 5 rounds. Archie Moore knock Rocky down, Joe can punch harder than Archie.
