ive spent a fortune on ingriedients trying to discover the recipe for the gravy I get with spare ribs, chips or cartoned on its own, must be 50 quid ive spent and today when I was at my nearest chinese cash& carry I found a NEW sauce called che hou sauce, looked the thing & tastes delish, almost identical to my local take away, I know what the ingredients are but need a workable recipe.x
