I would go to a dermatologist and talk to them about laser removal, they will also be able to tell you an estimate regarding the scaring. If nothing else it will be a good place to start. If you don't want to do that, try speaking to a cosmetic surgeon. I figure if they can help disfigured people have less scars from burns, a tattoo should be easy!

I don't know where you live but in this city there is a business that is devoted just to removing tattoos. Look in you phone book or on the web for one near you. It is becoming a popular business. You might also consult a medical facility that uses laser technology. Again, check your local phone directory.

Laser removal. However, you may have to have it done a couple of times before it becomes unnoticeable. If it is something like a name that needs to be removed, just get it covered.

good luck...but ask the tattoo artist or go online to webmd...they hav everything on there. and maybe a plastic surgeon or a really good doctor.
