This looks like sms-Spanish (ke for que)

in Spanish words we do not use a-K. Therefor your word 'ke' should be spelt --que-- the word --que-- can be translated as --what,that,than among others.En que estas{in that you are] mi nino[my little boy]Espero que la parmesama no te de cana y duermas solo hoy.[I hope that the parmesana does not give[ cana means grey]and you sleep alone today.ha ha ha.3it is not in toulouse
