I have some old vhs home movies I want to copy onto dvds. What is the easiest and perferably least expensive way to do that? Can I make dvd menus and chapters for it? Where can I get it?
PS: I have a very old and slow computer, so count that out.

You would need to buy a dual vid/dvd recorder (but you wouldn't have editing facilities - just copy), or find a shop that does VHS -> DVD transfer. I think you would need a decent comp to edit the movies to get menus and chapters but the shop may do it for you. (more money 'cos it takes more time)
