enter "daily calorie intake calculator" in search engine and it will give you many sites - check out a few to compare because they might vary a little.

More than what you are currently eating, apparently.

Calore intake is a hard thing to determine since you can have two people the same height, same weight, same activity levels who need two different calorie-intakes per day. It also depends on age.

*You* probably need to build muscle. Make sure to get 2-3 protein servings each day and strength training 3-4 times a week.

Use the Daily Calorie Needs Calculator. Based on your age, sex and activity level, it will calculate how many calories you burn per day and give you a good idea of how much to eat.

Go to myPyramid.gov to find your daily calorie needs and the servings of different types of food that you should consume. This is unless you are working out heavily. Then you should consult a nutritionist. But most "working out" diets include more carbs and proteins.
