For my egg salad sandwich I use mayonnaise (Best Foods), a little mustard, some curry, black pepper and a little paprika. It tastes like a deviled egg between two slices of bread. I will, on occasion, put a little butter on the bread. A slice of lettuce is good in there too.
My favorite breakfast egg sandwich is two slices of toast - with mayonnaise on them, sliced tomato, bacon and a fried hard egg - topped with the second slice of toast that also has mayonnaise on it. You can perk up the tomato by sprinkling just a little salt on it but with the bacon it should be salty enough.

Scramble an egg.
Slap 'er between slices of toasted wheat bread, and dress with ketchup.
Dill spear on the side. Serve with a tall glass of ice-cold milk. Try not to gloat, that something that tastes go good, is so easy to make.

We make our egg sandwiches more like Mac Donald's egg mc muffins. We fry the egg, top with cheese, add ham or bacon or sausage and layer all of them on toasted bread or toasted english muffin. I also love to top with Tapatio sauce or tabasco if I'm out of tapatio!

Fry an egg in a frying pan. Put in a sandwich that also has bacon, tomato, miracle whip, and lettuce. Voila! You have a BLT!

crack some eggs and fry them in a well buttered pan. add some salt and pepper to the eggs and let them continue to cook until the eggs are cooked the way you like them. you put the eggs on some bread and wa-la......egg sandwiches.

Even better: fry an egg and some ham, put both on an onion roll. Enjoy. Or you could scramble it, but fried tastes better.

Yeah, do you mean Egg Salad Sandwiches or Denver Sandwiches (fried egg, cheese slice, slice of deli ham, YUM!!!)??? Be a little more specific for us.........

2 hard boiled eggs, green onion, celery, mayo and a dash of lemon juice, i like a little mustard in mine. salt and pepper and you're good to go!
