In French, does "à partir de vendredi" include Friday, or does it mean after Friday?

I think It includes Friday.. cause that means "From friday on..." so I'm pretty sure it includes friday... =)

It means "beginning on Friday," so it would include Friday.

It means "starting Friday"

For example: Starting Friday, we no longer accept checks.
