I can get mine but my husbands free annual report(just Transunion) and one he tried to buy from Transunion said they couldnt verify so he called and kept answering questions and apparently they have some address he has never resided at cause he rattled off all the ones he has lived at. It is being a pain in our butts we just wanted to keep track of our credit score!

I share your pain! I had to photocopy my drivers liscence and social security number and then pay to fax it to them so that I could get mine!

Sometimes there is some irregularity, such as the address, and the credit bureau won't give you the report online. This is really safeguarding your credit information.

You may have to request the credit report by mail, including a copy of driver's license and social security card. I think they also want a copy of a utility bill showing your address. It doesn't take that much longer to get the report by mail.

The answers above are correct. However, also send them a letter disputing the incorrect address information and telling them to remove it from the credit report.
