when the state police process a person,where does it usually take place at?i am referring to the va. state?

police.what does processing entails?is it normal to be fingerprinted at a store,if the officer knows where you live and work?

State police work within assigned "districts" within the state.

Troopers will normally work within a specific area of the state and as such "book" violators in the county or municipal jail where the offense occurred.

yeah i guess but usually proccesing and booking usually occurs at the Police Station
