I'm quite skinny and just want to put on a little muscle. Not too much. I don't have any equipment and I can't go to the gym.

You could go to your local gym once a week or go swimming and do some laps. Also you could join an after school club or something like that.
Or, if you are really keen on muscle building, then you could try doing a certain amount of sit-ups/press-ups every morning or use dungbells

best biceps builder I ever saw was a gallon of milk, but with water in it instead..... or a quart with sand to start out with....
