The obvious answer: in Asia.
But if you can't go to Asia, visit areas where there are large Asian communities. Say, Chinatown?
Or you can find them here. Just make sure that they're ASIAN and they're WOMEN.

why don't you try yahoo chat. there are a lot of Asian people there. where do you live? i thought the Asian population was very high in US and Britain. some of my cousins live in US and Britain, but they are married. So i cant help you there. and by the way thank you for the compliment.

uhhmm well there was an asian woman recently ranting about how white men dont find asians attractive!! so id look through the answer search and type in white men no like or somthing like that XD

It depends on your age and location. If you are of college age, I am sure there are plenty at any University. If you are a bit older, try Asian restaurants. It sounds a bit cliche' but there is sure to be some there.
