Try some heat like a blow dryer to the glas and see if it unsticks it possibly hold it over a pot of boiling water to add a little moisture to help. But don't let the pic get to wet with moisture or that could ruin it to. Good luck

Use a blow dryer on the side of the glass where the photo is and get it hot. Gently check if it is ready to peal off. If it isn't, then heat it some more until it releases without damaging the photo. Most likely, humidity got between the glass and the photo and caused the problem.

You have two options. One is take the picture to a photographer and have him make a picture WITHOUT taking it out of the frame. Another idea is that you can steam the picture loose from the frame, but this is not a guaranteed success. I wish you well. Remember this, What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? - Romans 8:31. Peace and God Bless.

It sticks because the emulsion is hygroscopic, and a little dampness just grabs the glass. You can just soak it in the sink in room temp water for a minute. When it lets go, allow it to dry flat. Remember it's wet when they process it; think of this as just re-washing it.
Sounds crazy but do a test run on a photo that doesnt matter to you if you are nervous!
Good Luck

Not sure if this would work - but what about warming up the glass that its stuck to? Maybe put the glass in the microwave for just a couple seconds. It might warm up the glass enough to relax the places where it's sticking. Just make sure there is not metal in their at the same time.

I have had this happen to me from the humidity. Try putting it in the fridge for a while, the carefully pull back an edge to see if it lifts. If it does, go easy and peel the photo away very slowly. Hope this helps, if not check ehow.com--they have solutions for pretty much everything there. Good Luck.

First make a copy - at Walmart, at home, where ever then try Putting it in the freezer in a Ziploc. I hear that that can work. And use matting to keep pictures safe from now on.

Take the dental floss and gently pull it through between the picture and the glass. It should make it come off easily

I don't know but whatever you do I think beforehand you should go to a photoshop and see if they can copy it through the glass.... just in case whatever you do doesn't work....

Try the freezer. I'm not saying it will work for sure, but it might dry out the materials enough to let them go.
