yea definitely....i have 5 tattoos and 3 of them were under 100 and are really good quality...it really just depends on the of the piece, whether u want color or black and white, where your putting it, and really the quality of ink the artist uses....just go around to tattoo shops in your area, do a consult (its free) with an artist, tell him what u want and ask em how much it'll cost ya.

it is possible to get a good tattoo for $100 but it is also very possible to get a hoooooribly crappy tattoo for $100. different artists charge differently. when looking to get a tattoo you should not shop around by price but by talent. if the artist that you decide on is too expensive you should wait and save money until you can afford to get what you want. since tattoos last forever it's really not something that you should be cheap about.

Yes its possible. It also depends on what you're trying to get and the size to determine whether you're paying the right price. Sometimes tattoo artists can hook u up and charge less for an awesome tattoo.

Yeah you can get a great tattoo for $100 just talk to the artist. It might not be really fancy. It depends on what you want.

Depends on size, intricacy, and colors. Although I don't think price should really be an issue when shopping for an excellent tattoo artist, it is going to be with you for the rest of your life.
