I was in the ROK at Camp Carroll, 16th Medical Logistics BN in Weagwan (about 30 minutes south of Teagu (Deagu) from Jan 95- Jan 96...I was a SPC with my MOS being 91J (Medical Logistics)...when I was stationed at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii from 97-00 we had to go to Korea for a month once a year for training, and guess what? I was PROFIS (Professional Filler System) to the 16th MED LOG...the first time I went back the Old Korean lady at the bar I use to go to said, "Charlie you back, want to run a tab?" lol...

EDIT: Dan...North..damn it...all I know it was a long bus ride when you were drunk and had to pee...checking map...yea you are right...didn't have a map of the area back then...how did you like the Queen Bee? Good view of Camp Carroll from Hill 303 though...we use to have some good softball games against the 307th...and some drunken brawls out in the ville...First Always! lol Do the MPs still say "War Fighter" when they salute a vehicle...I hate MPs...lol

Back when I was there, there were too many "Buy Me Drinkie Girls" in the Caranige Club...I was banned for life from the Cherry Club because I called one of the girls a ho...I went back in 97 TDY and my buddies wanted to go to the Cherry Club, I told them I was banned for life, but they said the old lady won't remember you...I was in there about 20 minutes when she looked at me and said, "Aww, you dat Motherf**ker, I tol you no come her no more, I'll call MP..." she had a good memory...lol...

MOS - 31F (Network Switching Systems Operator)... In other words, tactical phone guy..

Hey Holbrook, Im sure you know but just wanted to remind ya, Waegwan was 30 minutes North of Teagu, not south...

Holbrook -
LOL.... Yeah, I almost got into 4 fights one night, but they always seem to get broken up.. Whats up with that??? I always liked Carnegie, Maxim, and King club.... 307th isnt even there anymore. They moved to Hawaii.. But yeah, I used to play drunken softball from time to time over there... Then you had that one spot right behind the MP station that smelled like crap 24/7/365...

LOL... yeah, I barely ever went into the Cherry Club... I used to walk into Carnegie and Maxim, and once I walked in, all the drinkies would say "Daaaaaaaan"... They'd come over to give me a hug, then try to weasel a drink outa me.... $10 for a small cup of OJ????? Sh**, you buy me drinky, lol.....

Of course I used to go to "Why Not" and get chicken on a stick, and ham-n-egg sandwiches all the time.... Oh yeah, the Queen Bee was the one downstairs, right???? I used to DJ in there from time to time....
