I have had my monroe piercing for nearly eight weeks now, so I know it has healed. My new job requires me to remove the ring between five and eight hours a day. Will my piercing end up closing?

I think some people put clear plastic weed whacker line in the piercing hole to keep it open without "hardware" showing. (You might want to slightly melt the end so its rounded). Maybe they sell something specificly for this purpose at the piercing jewelry places?

It all depends on the person. I've known people who've had piercings for years and they would close up in an hour or so, and I've known people who have fresher piercings that could leave it out during work. Your best bet is to get a retainer for your piercing. They're clear and less obvious, so hopefully it will be okay for your workplace.

this is genuine. I surely have my nostril pierced...i've got discovered that no longer all jobs will turn you down because of the fact of a nostril piercing, yet maximum will ask you to take it out jointly as on the interest or placed on a spacer (a clean factor on your nostril) or maybe placed a band-help over it. this is surprisingly ridiculous yet they choose you to look expert. i'm uncertain approximately colleges, yet i understand while at my old intense college they made me take it out. i like my nostril piercing yet after a pair of month of having it pierced it became quite contaminated, and it replaced into disgusting finding! I wiped clean it two times an afternoon with saline answer to do away with it. So, make certain you do clean it on a daily basis and attempt to no longer play around with it lots!

i would suggest when ever you get a chance at work poke your earing through ( bathroom break ) and while working depending on what it is your doing - you could always pull on your lip - to stretch the hole out and keep it from going closed -

either way it shouldnt close completely on you - the inside may act like its closeing but you should be able to push it back through - fairly easily -

Go to ebay and look up "labret retainer" (or ask a studio to sell you one). They are clear labret studs and nobody will notice it. And it won't cost more than a few bucks.
