the car has automatic transmission, leaks motor oil, powwer steering, i always fill the oils though

Have you checked the thermostat? Sounds like it's not opening up.

Overheating in a 40 year old car could be caused by any number of things.

Coolant level low,
timing off,
radiator holed (I would replace the radiator regardless, along with new hoses)
water pump
thermostat (I would also replace this, along with the housing gasket)

Replace the thermostat. If that doesn't fix it, Have you're radiator cleaned (roded) out. It's probably going to be the radiator tho.

bad thermostat,bad radiator,bad water pump, timing might be off, running to hot of a spark plug, or low coolant.

The problem is this: it's a 1967 Dodge Dart. Period.
