Not under just that name - there are banks with similar names but I bet you have had an email or something which is trying to scam you! Report them, block them and trash them!

I have typed the international credit bank and secuirty into my search bar. The only to international banks it came up with were HSBC and Natwest....other than those, nothing. i could suggest you give it a try. And out of my own knowledge, i have never heard of such a business by that title.

Sounds like the classic 'Lottery win' or perhaps a variant of the 'Fake Inheritance' or 'Cheque Cashing' fraud

Yes & No. Yes, there is an organisation that go by this name. No, they're unlicenced & unregulated in the UK and reported to be under investigation by the Fraud Squad.
