Not only do they fight any legislation that would require an ounce of truth being told to their clients seeking counseling for an unplanned pregnancy (never refer clients to adoption agencies nor tell of financial assistance for having the child, at least in my area anyway) but now they decieve town and city governments about buildings they want built? If they have nothing to hide, why are they so deceptive in their tactics down to having buildings built?

For those who think I'm a crazy extremist, I'm not. Because I believe in protecting ALL life (yes, I'm not for war either nor the death penalty) I'm a radical? I am an adoptee and also a single (never-been-married) mother. Does that change any ney sayers opinions of my bias? Or is it just that since I'm for protecting life I must be a dangerous, abortion bombing (which one hasn't happened for years) person? Having brought my dd with me to pray outside and abortion mill, those from NOW and PP have verbally assaulted me with my dd in my arms. Doesn't sound very "women friendly" to me.

Your link does not work. Like the first answerer said, it is my understanding that Planned Parenthood was originally started to Control the black population. They offered free abortions to black ladies, so that their population could not grow. They were started for racist reasons. They are now very deciteful. They will not discuss options with girls.

I hope that all women know that any doctor you go to is still under the same laws to the patient that PP is- they have to keep everything confidential- in most states that means they can't even discuss a minor child's pregnancy with her parents unless she says it is ok. The difference is that a regular OB/GYN will tell you about all your options and the risks involved with getting an abortion. They usually know how to direct you to places where you can get financial aid.

Because there is so many teens getting pregnant that a simple pill would prevent and how it ruins their life. I am against sex outside of marriage but it happens.

They are all about money. They do not want to go out of business. If they provide women with alternatives to abortion, they'll lose their government subsidies.

Additionally, they conceal things like incest and rape.
