Is there a music player that will automatically check a folderto see if there is new music and add to library?

I currently use i tunes but everytime u want to add a song u have to add file. is there a program that will check a folder like every hour to see if there is a new song and add to the library? thanks

Most music player do have this ability. I also think iTunes does as well. Go into the Preferences or Options and check out what is on each tab. There is usually a way to have the program check for music in folders, either automatically or when you click a button.

If for some reason iTunes does not offer this option, then you should try Windows Media Player, or Real Player or the Quick Time player. Each of these has this option, I know as I use each of them and have them setup for this feature. I don't use iTunes, only my kids do, so I am not familiar with it particular preferences or options.
