Okay, not sure if this will help but I'm 13 years old. I've been having a come-and-go pain in my stomach. Last night, it felt like someone stabbed me a million tabs everytime I moved. It took about an hour to an hour and a half for it to calm down. Then, I fell asleep. I woke up at about 6 A.M. and now it just hurts to move. I had a lowgrade fever in the morning and it feels like I stretched a muscle or pulled something in my stomach. It started near my lower chest and gradually moved its way down to... well, erm.... my privates if you know what I mean. I feel achy all over. Please help me. We don't have the money to go to the doctors right now but I wanted a good guess at what might be wrong. I've never felt this way before and I'm very worried. Please help.

The are several things that could be causing it, some serious and some not so serious. It all depends on so many things. You didn't say which side of your stomach, that might be important.

If the pain is very severe it is likely that it is something serious and you really should go to a doctor. I completely understand the money issue but you should not risk your health if it is at all possible to get it checked out. You did tell your parents whats going on, right?

Please let your parents know what's going on too because this really should be evaluated by a doctor but because money is an issue try checking with the city health dept to see if they offer free health services to see if they can help you figure out what is going on.
