Try contacting David Mack from Photobucket. I'm sure he knows who painted this and the name of the painting considering he's taking credit for the image.
I'm sure Photobucket let's you contact other members or leave messages for them.

on the left I see the full length image of a person standing with their hands behind their head, elbows up, kind of in a hip-shot stance...on the right a closer view of a person from the shoulder up standing in profile with their head turned toward the artist...
