My heels feel like cardboard and sometimes snag the blankets. I get my feet done and I do oil them with Shea Butter. What will help me?

Kerasal Foot Ointment - highly emollient & has salicylic acid to help slough off dry skin build up.

Use a foot file after showering to remove dry skin in between pedicures.

It could just be your skin:

1. Use lotion or Shea Butter more often, or try different brands. Could be that your skin might need more moisture than they're getting
2. Drink water and take your vitamins, as this increases the moisture of your skin, and its elasticity/healing
3. Watch your footwear. Being in sandals often dries out feet more than closed toe or enclosed shoes. Try to switch up your footwear and see if it makes a difference

my heels do the same thing...its because that your feet are more exposed now that in the winter time.....as soon as you get out of the shower or bath put some vaseline on them..when you get out of the shower your body pores are open and better chance for the moisture to get absorbed into the skin......or try using a body butter on ur feet!

Believe it or not, it could be a form of athlete's foot and it's a fungal infection. Try an over the counter cream that's available to treat the problem and see if it doesn't get better!
