Rum and Diet Cola (Or Sprite, whatever)

Basically any clear liquor with diet cola............or a drink like scotch/whiskey and water will work. Also the water in those helps fight against hangovers.

wine is actually your best bet. 5oz glass of wine is around 120 calories, no fat, no carbs, etc. Empty calories. Next bet would be diet soda of some kind with either vodka, rum, tequila etc.

you should avoid any drinks that are mixed with fruit juice. Juice is a lot of calories for not very much. Margarita and Daiquri mix are also full of sugar, so pretty much avoid those too.

The only sort of drink that would have fat in it is if cream or half and half are involved like a white russian.

There is a rum out there that is low carb and lower calorie. I think that it's made by Bacardi, but you can check the liquor store for sure. If you mix it with a diet soda (Coke, Pepsi, Orange, etc.) it's a lot lower carb then a regular rum & coke or even rum & diet coke.

Any cocktail with hard liquor and diet mixer would be fat free and low-carb. Just don't eat too much fatty bar food along with them! Good luck!
