I have mytunes redux version 1.0 and every time i open it up, all the people on my shared network come up as red X's (inaccessible). Is there a new version of the program I need or anything I can do so that I can access these people's music? idk if it matters or not, but it's all people on 9th and 10th floor of the dorm I live in.

After some extensive searching on the MyTunes website, which is a link to the iTunes network and other resources, I was unable to locate your particular software program.
Most software applications have the ability to check for updates or newer versions. Look through your menu options, usually under the Help menu, for the ability to check for updates. If it is not there, then go into the programs Preferences or Options and check there. Often there will be a button to click to "check for updates now" or some such wording.
If this does not work, you know where you got this software from so go there and see if there is a new version, and/or check out if a Help forum can assist you in finding out the answer you need for this issue.
