How would the term Cafe' Libri be translated in English? And how do I make the accent mark over the letter "e" on my keyboard?

That's Italian for a literary cafe'. You can buy books there too. It's a place where people gather to look fashionably intellectual. In Italian, it's written "caffè".

To get the è ... press the control key and hold it down, press the key with the grave accent down (that's next to the 1 on my UK keyboard), then take your fingers off the keyboard and type "e". This only works in Word. That's my favourite method.

Or you can use the ALT key sequences as suggested above. Or you can use the symbol map in Word (Insert, Symbols).

é = ALT+130
è = ALT+138

Hold down the "ALT" key and type in the 3-letter code using the number pad - release, and there you are.☺ (ALT+1)
