but knew you had rejected Him while alive here on earth....what would you say?
And do you think whatever you said would earn you a place in heaven? Do you think after this life you will still have a chance to redeem yourself?
Romans 1:20 says in the end no one will have an excuse. This means God will not take pity on those who refused to believe Him when He was willing to save them NOW! The time is now!
After this life it will be too late-- Jesus says in Mark 1:15 "The Kingdom of God is near, repent and believe the good news!"
Do you know the good news?

Keep driving home the message Sis. No matter how many come against you. You never know how many people you are reaching that may never answer your question, buy, they ARE reading them.

I would go up to God, look him square in the eye, and say, "Sir, I made an honest mistake."

I'm okay with nonexistence, given that it's what I've been preparing for.

I guess if there's an afterlife with the best part reserved for one particular group, there's probably some kind of hazing thing you can do to get in. I.e purgatory.

If God really wanted to save me, he had his chance when I was little and believed in a god but wanted to know which one to follow.

I left him an open notebook and a sharpened pencil, and told him that if he wrote the name of whatever religion is the true one on that sheet of paper, I would drag my parents to wherever I had to go and follow it.

Never happened.

Romans 1:20 says that God's invisible qualities have been clearly seen. That makes no sense. I don't see invisible, undetectable qualities. If I died today and had to face the Christian God, I would accept any punishment he doles out to me for being unable to believe.

No I would not try to get into heaven, and yes we would have to have a very long conversation about mixed messages, consistency, fairness, evidence, and parenting techniques.

If there is a god and it is the god of your bible, it certainly leaves much to be desired.

This question is not for me since I was born again by the Spirit of God twenty-seven years ago.

Praise the Lord!

Wouldn't happen. I have placed my trust and faith in the love and mercy of the one true God, and accepted salvation of my eternal soul thru His Son, Jesus.

If there is a god and he/she wants to punish me for not believing in him even though I still lived a "good" life according to the laws of man, then he/she truly is petty and not deserving of my respect.

I think me and God would be pretty tight.

I'd be like "Werrd homeboyy, we gon' hizzle up this heazy fo' shizzle nizzle?" and He'd be like "yehh, props to thatt brohemy, we down" and it'd go just like that.

I would say what Bertrand Russel said
"Not enough evidence, not enough evidence."

And then add my own.
You gave us this faculty which when used to inspect your creation shows no sign of your handiwork. the only way, to me, that was capable of getting to know you was through what this faculty you gave me called delusion.
