any thing with apples or cherries Apple crisp is always good with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream This can be made with cherries too. Or pies are a good desssert.

Lemon Honey Pie.
500g (1lb) Sugar.
125g (4 oz) Butter.
4 Eggs.
Zest and Juice of 4 Lemons.
Grate the yellow parts of the lemons (avoid the white pith as it is bitter), strain the juice, beat the eggs a little.
Put all the ingredients into a double saucepan or put in a basin and stand in hot water.
Cook slowly until thick and smooth.
Cool.
Pour into pastry shell.
Pour some into sterilised jars whilst hot and cover when cold and use as a spread on your bread.
You can make it more tart by adding less sugar.

Pineapple Cream Cheese Fluff

• 1 8 oz package cream cheese, slightly softened
• 1 can crushed pineapple, do not drain
• 1 large package instant vanilla pudding
• 1 12 oz bin of CoolWhip

Place cream cheese in medium sized bowl and mush into chunks with fork. Mix in crushed pineapple - with the juice. Add the pudding and mix together and then fold in the CoolWhip. Pour into a serving bowl and refrigerate. May also add drained mandarin oranges.

i think a nice chocolate spoung cake...with a layer of melting chocolate on top and do a love heart shape in white chocolate u have to melt the white chocolate first :):) good luck
