O.K., When making a left hand turn into a double lane, do you keep in the left lane (near yellow line) or right line?

When making a left turn from a two way street onto another two way street, you turn FROM right of center line TO right of center line.
You always enter the closest lane available going in your direction of travel.
There's more information on One Ways to One Ways, etc. in your DMV handbook........be careful out there.......always shoulder check, because even though you may be doing the "correct" thing, there may be someone who isn't......

Left lane. You always maintain the lane you are coming from. If not, you could hit someone turning right from the other side of the intersection. Termed "improper lane change/usage".
