I am making a Mexican feast and I am wondering what are the best wines to have?

I know the best answer here is "beer" or "tequila" but some of my guest do not drink beer or tequila.

I am having Tex-Mex chicken enchaladas in red sauce, rice, beans and a Ceasar salad. I am willing to buy up to 3 different kinds of wine..

Also, is there are kind of wine that goes with Flan?

you can make it from scratch or buy some in the store.
i like mescado (sweeter)
but i've never really dabbled outside these 2 for tex mex.
maybe see if you have a good wine/liquor store near by they can recommend some for you

Why don't you make sangria? That's red wine, seltzer(can be fruit flavored), and loads of fresh sliced fruit. Look up on the internet for a better recipe, there are millions of variations of how to make it. And to go with the flan how about a champagne or white sparkling wine? Enjoy.

Real Sangria is a good brand
