My car is dying and we replaced the battery and tested the alternator, and now my dad thinks it could be the fuel pump. He's asked me to search for a picture of how the fuel line runs through the car....can anyone find it or tell me where to? It's a 2001 Dodge Stratus V6....I'm not sure of engine size if it matters.

The first thing I would do is go to the nearest Dodge or Chrysler dealership and order the manufacturer's part book. It will have schematics and diagrams and all the information you need. Then I'd head to your nearest auto parts store and snag a Chilton's. They publish parts and repair books for most every model out there and for as far back as the 70s and 80s. We owned an '86 Toyota MR2 and this is how we were able to bring it back up to running shape. The manufacturer's book will be a little spendy but it is worth it -- the Chilton's will be a good back up.

Good luck!

P.S. I've got the Chilton's link below and then did a quick Google for you and found some other links with some interesting info for you. It looks like your car was involved in a recall and didn't get taken in -- might want to check that out.
