iwant to get a six pack, im 15, 6 ft 3, and weigh 80 kg ( 12 and a half stone) . im quite fit, got level 13 in the bleep test at school, i have a bit of flab, but you can still see a outlie of a 4 pack. i do situps everyday , around 50-100., and i also eat quite healthily but have chips quite often. any advice?

You just need to run off that last bit of flab. Go running every day for at least 30mins and keep up the sit-ups. When you are over 16 an have a gf I am sure you will discover many other means of tightening those stomach muscles.

i think of it relies upon on the guy lol... You're 6'3" and 180 lbs. and we're supposed to think you look fat? What twaddle!
Seriously, do some decent stomach exercises, do them religiously every day, avoid excessive eating or soda-pop or beer and you'll look fit.
Those body-builder types are partially anorexic. The way to get chiselled muscles with popping veins is to remove all your body fat so there's nothing betwen your skin and muscles. Guys think they look cool this way. Women think they look gross. Less than a certain amount of body fat (15% for guys) is unhealthy, too.
Just be in good shape and keep exercising.

yeah eat less chips. eating healthy is hard. there is no exception to the rule. Go running, it's not all about sit ups (although they are good) but to get more defined you need to loose the flab. Try wrapping cling film round your stomach when you run. A little bit strange but it works... sweats it out you see... good luck

First of all my friend, DO NOT practise sit-ups !
Sit-ups do not develop abs. Believe me, I have done the same mistake as everybody before, but I've read a very interesting free ebook telling how it works.
I've learned that the first way is to stimulate body metabolism to burn excess fat, and that OTHER exercises are far away more effective.
In the begining, I thougt it was to good to be true, but they works.

You are well on the way. it will take some time, but you are doing the correct abdominal exercise to obtain your goal.Ps try and cut out the chips.

you still too young to have six pack, but be care full how you train because if your muscles grows up wrong will stay wrong for ever, go to gym and don't drink too much.
