Like the previous people mentioned any unsolicited email is spam. To avoid it spamming you'll want to be legit. Offer people something free, for instance a free newsletter, free giveaway etc for signing up to your email list then a few times a month send them emails with your info and offers on it. Always offer them a place to unsubscribe and use a service like aweber which is only $19.95 and makes email marketing 1000 times easier. If you want to find out more info on email marketing or free web traffic and marketing info for how to use email services visit this site and get the free newsletter which will give you a lot of great free tips via email over the next 30 days.

Anyone who request the product info can receive replies that will not go in the spam bucket .
Any unsolicited 'info' IS SPAM , and BTW ,
I would love to strangle the morons who keep sending me 'viagra' and 'gift card' product info to me .
