fitness can can be accomplished and maintained with out regular physical exercise if a person has a physically active job. but with out proper nutrition it is impossible for there to be good health. humans are not plants, we can not manufacture the nutrients that we need. if they are not ingested the body if forced to go with out, it's that simple...
