Hairless cat breeds are the Sphynx, the Devon Rex and the Peterbald. They are rare and typically cost $1000-$1200, more for show quality. Often the websites that sell them are not up-to-date and you have to e-mail a breeder directly or phone them to find out about kitten availability. There are usually waiting lists.
Here are some links for information about the breeds that also have links to breeders:

Please be aware that while these cats are hairless they require lots of other care such as weekly baths (they get "greasy" and will leave dirty places on your furniture) , weekly ear cleaning (propensity to ear infection or have ugly, dirty ears), and weekly eye cleaning (don’t have eyelashes) and have a greater tendency to heart disease in some breed lines.

If you are looking into hairless cats because you don't like the shedding you're probably on the right track.
If you're looking into hairless cats because you think they are hypo-allergenic you need to do some more research. Most cats secrete the protein Fel D1 in their saliva which is what most people are allergic to, these breeds are no exception.

Hope this helps.

Purebred cats are always more expensive than adopting. The answer to your question depends on many factors.
If you are trying to get a Sphynx cat for breeding and showing, expect to pay thousands. A cheaper kitten simply will not win prizes.
If you want a hairless cat because you are allergic to cats, you will still be allergic to hairless cats. You are allergic to the dander that their skin produces, and hairless cats produce just as much as regular cats. Either get some claritin and adopt a kitty from your animal shelter, or get on the waiting list for an Allerca kitten at www.Allerca.com.
If you are going for certain personality traits or a general look, but have no intention of breeding or showing your Sphynx, contact some breeders in your area and inquire after "pet" quality kittens. Often breeders will have a few kittens a year that cannot be bred or shown due to a slight flaw in appearance or health. The kittens will usually be sold at a discount on the condition that they are spayed or neutered. You could also check to see if you have any Sphynx rescue groups close to you, and contact them about adopting a rescued Sphynx.
Good luck!

look for Sphynx and devon rex breeders in your area. If there aren't any I think some breeders will send you a cat via air, although this can be quite stressful for the cat. Prices can vary for the cat and the breeder (some are show quality, and some have champion bloodlines).

For the best answers, search on this site https://shorturl.im/fYFAr
The prices I have seen are around $800-$1000 for a kitten. If you check around, you might find an adult one cheaper. Sometimes an older queen that they no longer want to have kittens is available cheaper.

Not cheap!!! Sometimes the shelter or rescue sites have them for a lot less. You have to fill out adoption papers. If I knew what area of the US you were willing to drive to I would search for you. Don't mind at all. Email me.
Here is a breeder and a few prices.

the price of a hairless cat = price of a cat + a haircut
TIP: if you choose a black cat, it's cheaper, because no one wants them

Well here in the U.S. they range around 1,000 .. 2,000 & 3,000 is considered, "spendy" ..650 is considered "cheap" but I found some who'd sell for 450..
BWT, when searching and/or asking, they're known as "sphynx cats"... ;D
