Definitely "Superbad".
The camera action is "Bourne" was just way too jerky and uncomfortable. Also, it was a pretty lame wrap-up of the other two movies. Pretty disappointed in it.

I must say I absolutely loved the Bourne Ultimatum. If you love action, suspense, political intrigue and fight scenes I highly recommend it. Probably the best movie I have seen this year.
Stardust is rather good as well, if you like fantasy stories.
I have not seen Superbad, but it seems somewhat crude and distasteful... generally, I'm not a big fan of those kinds of movies.

I haven't seen Superbad, but the Bourne Ultimatum was about like the other Bourne movies. So if you liked them, you'll probably like it.
I miss the gold old days when spy movies had shaken martinis and fast cars.
