As we all know the dessert is not a very hospitable place. I was just curious since a huge band of wandering jews spent 40 years lost in the desert, where exactly did they get their food and water from? How did they cope with child birth or any form of sanitation during this time?

God threw bread at them from heaven, duh.
I guess he doesn't feel like doling any out to the refugee camps scattered across Africa, though.

howdy as quickly as they sacrifice some virgins each of something of the girls are fantastically desirous to lose their virginity speedy. easily sacrificing a virgin in maximum cultures is symbolically giving to the Gods what that lifestyle sees as its maximum organic and harmless. Many greater societies sacrificed youthful toddlers of the two sexes than person who sacrificed person lady virgins. The Aztecs and Mayans usually sacrificed prisoners of conflict and conquest in super numbers. in any different case human sacrifice replaced into accomplished in very small numbers and purely for the main serious activities, those few deaths had no actual result on the inhabitants.

According to a show I watched on the History Channel last night, aliens led them through the desert. Maybe the aliens provided nourishment and showers on their space ships.

They obtained their water from what ever was available, i.e., oasis, bellies of animals, cactus, other plant materials as in the Amazon, etc., they ate what was necessary to sustain life.
Cultures, centuries old, eat anything i.e.,meat, rice, veg, bugs, dog, cat, rat, other vermin, to survive.
These cultures are still with us and have many things to teach us.
Survival is key to any civilization to continue.
Cheers!

manna...duh. If you've read that section of the bible, you'd know that. manna is basically just bread from God. The word "manna" in Hebrew means "fullness."
