Sherbet-I don't want to offend you but I honestly believe that it is in fact God who is doing this to me not Satan...if it was Satan then wouldn't god be doing something to help me? And I cannot help others before someone has helped me.Is it too much to ask for just a little happiness in my life?

Because mortality is a test. You must have a very strong soul, otherwise, Satan wouldn't try so hard. You can make life easier and be happy with yourself if you go to church and help others.

Firstly, not everything happens for a reason. If everything happened for a reason, why would beautiful innocent babies be stillborn?

Secondly, if you don't cheer up a bit you could end up as a grumpy lonely old man.

I think what is happening here is that your are learning the hardest lesson in life, how to deal with emotional pain. Unfortunately there is no 100% surefire remedy and a lot depends on how badly you feel you were treated. Obviously the more you have been hurt the harder it is going to be to deal with.

Take my advice and just put it down to experience. Accept that what has happened has happened, learn from it and then just put it behind you. Blaming yourself or beating yourself up because somebody has made a fool of you is not the way to deal with the problem and all you will end up doing is destroying your self confidence and self esteem.

Life is all about learning from your mistakes. There's nothing wrong with making mistakes, we all make mistakes. The trick is to not make the same mistake twice. If you get led up the garden path by someone, that's fine. Just put it down to experience and make sure it doesn't happen again. When it comes to relationships the key is to get to know the person before you get involved with them. Not everybody is a nice person, but that's not your fault. So don't let them affect you and don't let their actions make you feel bad.

I don't agree with you. I don't think everything happens for a reason...I know it has been said so much, that people take it as truth, but I don't believe it is.

Some things just happen because we said or did something stupid. Sometimes we don't try hard enough at something and give up. And I know for a fact, there is absolutely no reason at all for fireants and mosquitoes....

I do however know we were created for a reason, and that is a personal relationship with God..through his Son Jesus.

"Everything happens for a reason" is a lame philosophy that shifts the burden to make things better off of the individual to some "higher power." It is not factual. You can influence what happens in the future by what you do now. Although there are no guarantees, if you must be Biblical about it, a better philosophy would be, "As you sow, so shall you reap."

I have never experienced "SHITE". But I have been down before.
Hey stop wallowing in self pity! You could be like some people who are afraid to walk outside there homes for fear of getting shot or bombed! Or you could be homeless, hungry and alone. You could be lying in a hospital bed right now with no limbs or with a grave illness! At least you have a roof over your head, food, probably family and the luxury of heat, air and the INTERNET! You should be humbled & give thanks for what you do have. That doesn't mean you are a bad person, your just looking at things WRONG!!!! You need to back up and rethink about what life is & not about what it is not and what you don't have. If you think of good things and be more positive it will happen. All can & will be better for you and everyone around you!

Only because that is the way you label it. God has a plan and sometimes it is not what you want. I lived my life the same way, I was always having bad luck, pissed at the world. I was miserable. The I started trusting in God. My outlook changed and my luck changed. I serve him, and he rewards me. Is my life always rosey? No, but the bad times are far and few between, and when they happen, I learn from them instead of complaining. It's up to you. Don't waste your life.

Everything that happens to me is shite too, serious shite, stuff that takes a long long time to fix.
I think I must have serious lessons to learn. Maybe everything has to be balanced so in the next life everything will work out.

Like attracts like. If you think everything is sh** then you will attract shi* towards you.

Count your blessings. - oops I must count mine!

Find the positive in everything. Make it an exercise for example:
Well at least I've learnt that lesson
What can I do to remedy the problem
I will make sure I help people if it happens to them
Phew that was a hard lesson but I've learnt it it won't happen again.
Don't be a victim!

one question at a time
the first one I can only tell you my experience... I should have died, coma 61/2 weeks, broken back, scapula, and ribs. Paralyzed on my right side, bruised heart, lung, and 105 fever. I was Athiest... Now I'm not. My journey has been hard, but it has been worth it.
It says you are asking the wrong questions... instead of saying why me, try how can I serve you God? Your life will improve.
