Frontline from the vet put onto the back of the neck, when you bathe the dog use flea shampoo, and give garlic in his dinner which is supposed to help.You will also need to get a spray for the house to kill off any fleas in your carpets furniture etc.

There are several Superintendents. Those are the people who run the shows. You have to enter several weeks in advance.
